Hola chic@s, aunque el veranito ya haya pasado y la operación bikini la hayamos dejado, es importante que estemos en forma, y ¿que mejor  que ir al gimansio?, pero para el gimnasio necesitamos un buen conjunto,  un conjunto fitness. A mi me encanta ir al gimnasio y sobretodo baile activo, asi que os lo recomiendo, pasarlo bien bailando, con música y haciendo ejercicio
